Cancellation Policy

If it is necessary to change or cancel your appointment, please do so prior to 6:00pm the evening before your scheduled service to avoid being charged in full.

Gratuities

In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. An amount of 18% is customary.

Late Arrivals

We regret that a late arrival for your spa appointment will deprive you of valuable treatment time.

Check-in

We invite you to check-in 30 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you to enjoy our whirlpool and steam areas in the men's and ladies' locker rooms.

Medical

Please inform us of any medical or other special needs that require our attention.

What to Wear

A robe, sandals and locker will be provided upon your arrival. You will be properly draped during your treatment. The steam rooms and whirlpools are not co-ed, so swimsuits are optional.
