hardwood floors, a full kitchen generously equipped with
Viking appliances, fine china, glass and silverware, as
well as all of the amenities offered in our
Cottage Suites.

Our Village Rental Homes program includes designs by Historical Concepts,
an acclaimed Atlanta-based firm that specializes "in the lost art of
traditional place-making." Based on the foundational principles of
traditional architecture and classical design, homes by Historical
Concepts respect and complement their natural surroundings. At
Palmetto Bluff, that means intimate cottages with simple spaces,
natural materials, metal roofs and tall shutters that set the tone
for a relaxed Lowcountry feel.
Located in the core of the Village near the Village Green
and the Riverhouse are a variety of lovely 2, 3, and 4 bedroom
retreats. Each with their own unique features and bedding
configurations, there is an ideal layout for your family,
corporate retreat or wedding party.
Located in a quiet wooded enclave just west of the Village Center, these 2, 3 and 4
bedroom West Wilson Village Homes enjoys close proximity to a number of amenities
within Palmetto Bluff. To the north is the Jack Nicklaus May River Golf Club
(and many of the homes are afforded this view) and to the South is the Sports
Campus includes lawn games, tennis and recreational facilities. All built by
J.T. Turner Construction and professionally interior designed, these are
very spacious and residential feeling accommodations. The resort service fee
in these homes includes a 4-seater golf cart for your use.
The Boat House Penthouse is our newest and most luxurious 3 bedroom accommodation
featuring fantastic May River views. The Penthouse features a ground floor entrance
with both stairs and an elevator to carry you to the residence on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Enjoy sitting on the private deck overlooking the May River and watching guests meander
in the retail shops below on their way to the Canoe Club and Wilson Landing facilities.
